The End of the Century

Romance/LGBTQIA+, Argentina/United States 2019

Freshly separated, Argentine poet Ocho wants to enjoy his newfound freedom on vacation in Barcelona and just be himself. But there's this one good-looking man who keeps running into him and he just can't take his eyes off him. And this almost magical attraction is mutual. Ocho eventually invites the handsome stranger, a Spanish filmmaker named Javi, to his room and the two promptly end up in bed together. But what begins as a mere sex date soon turns out to be a much deeper connection. The two meet again the next day, and during a long conversation Ocho gets more and more the feeling that he already knows Javi. And his feeling doesn't fool him: the two men met 20 years ago. A hot meeting that fundamentally changed the course of both their lives and their view of love. Will this reunion also change their future?
