Exodus - Where I Come from Is Disappearing

Napuli, Nizar and Bruno, Lahpai and Tercha, Dana and Yasmin are on the run. Like them, many millions of other people around the world are forced to leave their homes for a variety of reasons. Many more are joining them every minute. They form a global flow of people of which we have long since become a part: some are fleeing, others are segregating themselves. "Exodus - the long way" describes the global dimension of the refugee and migration issue through the perspectives of the people portrayed from four continents over a period of two years. Filming took place in South Sudan, Kenya, Haiti, Brazil, Algeria, DRC-Congo, Western Sahara, Myanmar-Kachin State, Cuba and Germany.
